Kemet Automatic Transport system

Kemet offer a "SBT" automatic transport system for their ultrasonic cleaning tanks. The SBT transport system takes the basket through the stages and then back to the loading / unloading station. The system has all the advantages of bench top mounted ultrasonic cleaner tanks, but eliminating the labour time involved in moving components from one tank to the next. Characteristics include:

• Electronically driven vertical and horizontal movement
• Up to 8 stages of washing, rinsing and drying
• Adjustable temperatures and treatment times
• Maximum load of 10kg
• Dunking action
• Loading / Unloading station
• Integrated electric cabinet with PLC control
• Ergonomic floor standing construction
• Seven day timer

Automatic TS s/m Transporter

The Automatic TS s/m transporter is available for 10 or 20 kg loads for Si40 Versa+ and Si80 versa+ models. The 50-series control and power cards are used in the Versa+ automated lines. A fully automated TS m multistage cleaning system (wash-rinse-rinse-dry) with 80 litres units has an overall length of 2.85m.
